Absolutely fabulous customer service, speed and price! I'm sure Richard has much bigger and more lucrative clients, but he was amazing dealing with getting my old Brother printer fixed. Organised it to be repaired by a technician quickly and having them come out to my house was just brilliant. I will definitely be using you in future and highly recommend them! Great range of cheap desktop printers available. Prices beat any printer sales I've seen in Brisbane. Richard was happy to explain the difference between models and recommend the best printer for my home office.

Spoke to the copier man and he could have taken my money for the repair but instead offered advice on how to fix it and move forward on my issue. Costing less than the repair and potentially loosing himself a sale by being helpful. Cant thank him enough for the help and getting me back up and running. Would strongly suggest anyone that needs repairs to be in touch you wont regret it !!! Thanks again !!!

Highly recommend Richard for buying and printer maintenance. Great pricing and very obliging in making sure printer was installed properly and fully operational.
